This website is informational and introduces the services of Cosecha Music. It does not constitute an offer, a distribution agreement, a label deal, or a financial commitment. All services are governed by separate, signed written agreements.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the site accurate. Descriptions of services, rosters, and partners may change. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a binding representation.
Intellectual property
The Cosecha name, wordmark, seed mark, and site copy are the property of Cosecha Music. Artist names, images, and third-party marks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification only.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror, or automate abuse of the site. Do not misrepresent affiliation with Cosecha. Do not use the site to transmit unlawful content.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosecha Music will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue is Los Angeles County, California.
