Privacy Policy

What we collect
Cosecha Music is a boutique Latin music company. This site exists to introduce our services. We collect data only in these cases:
- If you email us (hola@, fund@, press@, partners@cosechamusic.com), we retain that correspondence.
- If you visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous page-level metrics without cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.
- If you join the list, we store your email address and language.
- If you apply for distribution, we store what you enter in the form (name, email, artist or label name, role, genre, links, catalog details, current distributor, release date, message, and your consent choices) plus the submission time, IP address, country, and browser type, so we can review your application and prevent abuse. It is stored on Cloudflare and used only to evaluate and answer your application. We email you about other Cosecha news only if you check the optional box, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. We use browser
localStorage only to remember your language preference and
whether you dismissed the privacy notice. You can clear this at any
time.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies. No data is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-site profiling. See Cloudflare's privacy commitments for more detail.
Third parties
Transactional email, if any, is sent through Resend. Payment, if any, is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your rights
If you are in California, the EU, the UK, Brazil, or any jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@cosechamusic.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain email correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our relationship with you, and delete on request. Distribution applications we do not move forward with are deleted within 12 months; you can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Children
Cosecha's services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Updates
We will post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
